Early Yamaha Golf Carts with Model G2 serial numbers can be found under the rear bumper stamped into the square cross member of the frame on the passenger's side of the vehicle.

From 1988 through 1990 the G2 serial number can be found under the seat where the floorboard meets the engine compartment.

G9 Yamaha Model G9 golf cart serial numbers can be found under the seat where the floorboard meets the engine compartment. G14/G16/G19/G20

E Z GO models (prior to 1976) 
On EZ-Go vehicles prior to 1976, you can find the serial number plate on the fender skirt under the driver's side seat. There is no simple formula for vehicles manufactured before 1976. You must e-mail us with all these numbers so we can help determine what model year you have. Please include all the numbers that you find on the plate
